I sent a card to Melanie and Paul of the Snow Squall Inn with this picture on it. I never have to buy cards anymore. I also sent them a photograph of Jackie, Julie, and Rachel at the Chewonki school, and asked them to insert it into the journal in our guest room.

Last year Jesse's birthday party was wonderful. This year he has plans for a Star Wars Orchestra birthday celebration. His buddy has to take a rain check because it'll be a school night.

Remember Jesse's waterfall party has been downsized and moved to Georgia- Anna Ruby Falls and Unicoi on October 31.

Jesse calls him blue nemo. He is almost three years old, and was relocated to make him safer from Todd. Todd has already killed two mice, one squirrel (and he brought them in through the dog door and left them on the welcome mat), 20 palmetto bugs or more, and I saw him catch a fly and eat it. He is a tough player. I call him a puma. Figaro has moved next door permanently, but Todd goes next door and goes into the dog door to try to win her over as a friend. No success yet.
