We didn't make it to Young, and we had a great time in Arizona. First we drove to Prescott and stayed two nights at Carol's.







We needed the 4-wheel drive jeep to get in and out of cousin Bob's driveway.

We spent three nights at Donna's house in view of Phoenix's mountains.







At the Heard Museum, Jackie finally got close to a wickiup 70 years after seeing a village across Tonto Creek and we heard some interesting news about the Apache.


We visited Grandma Schulz's old house and said goodbye to the carob tree.



John arranged a dinner at Fudruckers and 18 were in our party, a share of our Arizona relatives.


I'm sorry I didn't do a better job of catching everyone's portrait. No one else took a single picture.









The weather on the rim was too dangerous so we went to South Mountain park, the largest city park in the US.
